UCrate offers many advantages over traditional packaging methods. It is stackable and top loading, which speeds packing/unpacking time and simplifies storage as compared to end-loading, hard-to-stack options like tubes.

Because it's manufactured from laminated paperboard, UCrate provides superior impact resistance and scuff protection when compared to corrugate. It also offers substantial beam strength while providing enough flexibility to provide shock absorbing properties. At the same time, it is made from 100% recycled fiber and is fully recyclable.

UCrate is available in paper widths of up to 18 inches that can be formed into virtually any combination of base sizes, leg sizes and leg lengths. Calipers range from 0.080 to 0.600 inches. Standard overall lengths are offered up to 300 inches (25 feet), and special order lengths are also available.

UCrate can also be printed with any of our standard print options in 23 colors or enhanced with custom printing of logos, handling instructions or promotional messages.
