This innovative, versatile packaging solution can be designed to meet your application’s unique needs. Whether you want it scored, slit scored, folded, die cut, glued or perforated, FlatBoard delivers the precise configuration and protection you need.

FlatBoard ships and stores flat, which maximizes transport and storage space and helps to reduce freight costs. It also folds easily to form a UChannel, making it useful for protecting windows and doors and other products that require special handling.

Folded configurations can form secure wraparound protection for elongated items as well as puncture and impact resistance that is superior to the protection offered by traditional corrugated.

FlatBoard can be engineered with special die cuts and folds to provide application-specific protection. It provides an added degree of protection

along edges or on corners that can easily become dented or nicked and

is an excellent option for applications in which a product must be protected from strapping damage, such as lumber shipments.

Available in widths up to 90 inches and lengths up to 196 inches, custom sizes also can be designed to meet the precise needs of your particular application. Standard caliper options range from 0.080 to 0.600 inches.
