PetroShield features a special coating on its inside layer that keeps oil and grease in their place. Instead of rubbing off or being absorbed, lubricants stay on the product they are protecting. This unique feature makes PetroShield the perfect edge guard choice when shipping or storing metal machinery parts. PetroShield works well in any application in which oil or grease is being used to prevent rusting or to increase lubrication. The PetroShield coating can be applied to traditional right-angle VBoard® and to other Laminations products, including FlexBoard®, which conforms to the curved edges of coiled and spooled materials. The PetroShield coating is repulpable and 100% recyclable. PetroShield is available in clay coat or kraft in leg lengths from 1.5 to 4 inches, in lengths up to 300 inches, in a wide variety of calipers.
