This lightweight yet durable packaging option features a smooth laminated paperboard construction that provides impact resistance, scuff protection and stackability.

UCrate's unique design is produced on state-of-the-art equipment to ensure fast turnaround and the highest-quality results. It provides substantial beam strength while providing enough flexibility to provide shock absorption capabilities. Additional custom interior packaging options are available to meet your precise shipping and protection needs.

UCrate offers a cleaner, lighter-weight option than wood, is easier to load and is more stackable than tubes, and provides better impact resistance and scuff protection than corrugated…all leading to significant savings in labor, freight and storage.

UCrate is manufactured using laminated paperboard up to 18 inches wide. Standard caliper options range from 0.080 to 0.600 inches. Standard leg lengths extend to 300 inches but longer lengths also are available.

UCrate can be ordered with any of our standard print options in 23 colors or with one- and two-color custom printing of logos, handling instructions or promotional messages.
