  United Group Supplier of the Year

Laminations was presented with the Industrial Packaging Supplier of the Year Gold Medal by The United Group at its national conference in February.

Laminations earned the award based on the number of United Group stockholder members with whom Laminations did business in 2005, the total dollar amount of sales to those distributors, and the percentage of growth over 2004 in both areas.

“This award is indicative of the effort and teamwork of our people and the innovative packaging protection solutions they have been creating for our customers, “ said Gary Hietpas, vice president of marketing and sales. Hietpas accepted the award on behalf of Laminations at the annual meeting in Palm Springs, Calif.

The United Group is a nationwide marketing-and-sales organization of independent distributors and allied vendors of disposable products from the industrial packaging, janitorial/sanitary and foodservice markets. The group has more than 300 distributor members and approximately 150 vendors.
