We’re excited to announce Great Northern Laminations’ Aaron Sass has won the Junior Achievement’s Volunteer of the Year award! He was selected for his dedication to the program, as well as for his flexibility to contribute wherever the need is greatest. Aaron has helped JA to reach over 500 students from elementary through high school, both during and after school hours, and has recruited others to help with this fantastic program. “Aaron truly goes above and beyond to support the students in the Fox Cities,” commented Vicki Kessler, Program Manager at Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, Inc.
Junior Achievement is a worldwide nonprofit organization dedicated to helping kids become financially responsible, prepare for a career, and explore starting a business. Programs are delivered in a classroom by community volunteers, and provide relevant, hands-on experiences. Last year, approximately 500 volunteers served students in the five counties covered by the Winnebago Area of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin.
